Is it a face cream or a neck cream?

Both, though the neck and jawline are what it was designed for. Alphascience instructs applying it to the face, neck and décolleté. Many clients use it on the lower face and neck only, and keep a different cream for the cheeks and forehead. Either approach works.

Can I use it with a moisturiser?

Yes. It absorbs quickly and layers well under a richer cream if your skin is dry. In summer most people find it enough on its own. Apply it after your serum and before any cream, so the concentrate reaches the skin directly.

Does it replace a firming treatment at the clinic?

No, and it is worth saying plainly. A topical formula works on the quality and tone of the skin surface. It does not reposition tissue. It is a good companion to in-clinic work and a good way to hold results between sessions, not a substitute for them.

It contains fragrance. Is that a problem for sensitive skin?
