How to use

Use it morning and evening, on clean dry skin.
Warm a generous amount between your palms first.
Massage in circles over the dimpled areas, then pinch and roll the skin between your fingers.
Give each zone two or three minutes. The massage matters as much as the formula.
If you also use the intensive serum, that one goes on first.

Questions

Do I need to massage, or can I just smooth it on?

Massage is the point. The cream-gel is built to stay slippery so you can work each zone for two or three minutes with circles and a pinch-and-roll motion. Applied like a body lotion it will hydrate, but you lose most of what makes it worth using.

How is it different from the intensive serum?

The serum is a liquid you place with a dropper on specific embedded zones, and it goes on first, morning and evening. The cream-gel covers a wider area and gives you the slip for a longer massage. LPG designed them to be used together, serum then cream-gel.

Will it work on its own, without treatments?

It works on the look and feel of the skin, and daily massage helps. It is home care that supports a course of Endermologie at the clinic rather than replacing it. Émilie will tell you honestly what the cream can and cannot carry on its own.

Is it suitable during pregnancy?

LPG does not print a pregnancy restriction for this one, unlike the body shaping gel and cream, which they mark as not for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Even so, check with your doctor first. If you would rather wait, the resurfacing body cream is the gentler option.
