When do I start using it after a treatment?

Usually the same day, on skin that is intact. Alphascience is explicit that it should not go on open or broken skin, and that it is not intended for post-surgical healing. Émilie will tell you the exact starting point for the treatment you had.

Can I use it outside of a post-treatment period?

Yes. It works well on skin that is simply reactive or irritated by cold, wind or an overloaded routine. Many clients keep a tube for the weeks when the skin needs less rather than more. It is fragrance-free, which helps in that situation.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin generally?

It is one of the gentlest formulas in the range. No fragrance, a light gel texture, and calming ingredients throughout. That said, it does contain a preservative and snail secretion filtrate. If you avoid animal-derived ingredients, this is not the one for you.

Can I still use my vitamin C serum?

Not immediately. In the first days after a treatment, drop back to cleansing, Regen [Hx] and sun protection. Reintroduce your antioxidant serum once the skin is calm and comfortable, usually within a few days. Rushing that step is what causes marks to linger.
