How to use

Once a week, relax a few minutes in a lukewarm bath or shower so the pores open. No soap yet.
Soak the mitt for 30 seconds, wring it out, then turn off the water. Skin should be damp, not wet.
Rub firmly, bottom to top on limbs and back, in circles on chest, shoulders and knees.
Rinse skin and mitt, hang it to dry, then apply your body milk.

From what age can it be used?

The brand sets seven as the minimum age, so it works for a whole household. That said, it is a personal hygiene item and should not be shared, even between family members. Each person keeps their own mitt and replaces it on their own schedule.

Is it too rough for sensitive skin?

Pressure is yours to control, which is what makes it manageable. Start light, keep the mitt moving, and avoid going over the same spot repeatedly during your first few sessions. Do not use it on irritated or broken skin, on burns or on open wounds.

How often should I replace it?

About every three months on average. The weave is durable, but it softens with use, and once the grip goes the exfoliation goes with it. If you use it weekly rather than daily, it will hold its texture noticeably longer than that.

Can I use the mitt on my face?

No. The body mitt is too firm for facial skin. The kit includes a separate double-sided accessory for that: the soft face removes makeup, the textured face polishes. Use it gently, stay clear of the eye area, and follow with your usual serum.
